We want purchases from StreamFree to arrive as expected. This policy explains when an item may be returned and how refunds are handled. StreamFree is operated by Zenith Zone LLC.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks your order as delivered. To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unassembled, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Start a return
- Email berndsenthurbygrrkk1437@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
- Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping service. Do not send returns to an address shown on a shipping label or public filing unless our support team instructs you to do so.
Return shipping costs
If an item is damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or sent in error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will provide a replacement, refund, or prepaid return method at no additional cost. For preference-based returns, such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Items that cannot be returned
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized or made-to-order items.
- Final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable before purchase.
- Items that have been used, altered, installed, damaged after delivery, or are missing original parts or packaging.
- Opened personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products when resale would be unsafe, including mouth-contact items and protective equipment that has been worn.
- Hazardous materials and products subject to carrier or legal return restrictions.
These exclusions do not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
Refunds
We inspect authorized returns after they arrive. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund, contact us.
Exchanges and order cancellation
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item and place a new order. You may request cancellation before shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. If an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
