This policy describes how payment works for orders placed with StreamFree, operated by Zenith Zone LLC.
Accepted payment methods
The payment methods currently available to you are the methods displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by device, location, order value, and payment provider. We do not promise support for a payment method that is not shown at checkout.
Currency, taxes, and charges
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the site clearly states otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable sales tax are calculated and shown before you submit the order. Your bank or card issuer may impose conversion, cross-border, overdraft, or other fees that we do not control.
Authorization and order acceptance
When you submit an order, the payment provider may authorize or charge the total shown at checkout. An authorization can temporarily reduce available funds even if an order is later cancelled. An order is not finally accepted until we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. If payment fails, expires, is reversed, or cannot be verified, we may place the order on hold or cancel it.
Payment security
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers using encrypted connections. We receive transaction status and limited payment references needed to manage the order, but we do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. Never send a full card number, security code, bank password, or one-time code by email.
Fraud prevention and verification
We and our providers may screen orders for fraud, sanctions, and unauthorized use. We may request reasonable verification, limit quantities, reject a payment, or cancel an order when risk indicators cannot be resolved. Any verification request will not ask you to email a complete card number or account password.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method whenever possible. Posting time depends on the payment provider. Before filing a chargeback, contact us at berndsenthurbygrrkk1437@gmail.com so we can investigate. This does not waive any rights you have with your bank or under applicable law. Return eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
